She has 4 dogs so it’ll be put to the ultimate test. I can say that buying it online was quick and easy. Shipped out fast and honestly Best Buy has the best delivery. I have not opened it. But come middle of July I’ll be able to add more to the review

The nearly $600 waste constantly gets stuck on flat ground with no obstacles, probably 50% of the time we use it. The app crashes constantly. It is constantly screaming error messages at me, which the app gives only vague explanations. These messages in the app state that you must press the "clean" button, but when you do so NOTHING happens EVER. We purchased this ahead of moving to a new home so it remained boxed for several weeks and by the time we got around to TRYING to use it consistently, we were passed out return date. Stay clear of this mistake. Just a reminder that they have the nerve to charge nearly $600 for this!!

It gives random error 26 messages & will say clean filter but there’s nothing in the filter. Now it’s saying it needs a new head cleaning module. It’s barely been a month.

I do not think it’s meant for a home with kids. It gets stuck everywhere. Even under my nightstand. I had to return it. It doesn’t fit in most areas in my home. It took so many tries to map my home.
