Awful at picking up dog hair

One of my big complaints is it is awful picking up dog hair. It’s moves the dog hair around and when going over a rug it leaves clumps of hair and debris. Pretty disappointed.

Okay vacuum until it stops working

Now (three months in) after a week this won't connect to my home wifi and requires a reset every week. Never buying one of these again.

Too expensive for the life expectancy

It needs to be cleaned weekly if you have pet hair so it can run properly. We had to replace large side brush and the rotating brushes twice in the first month. Too fragile for the price. If I knew it would have no customer support I would have bought a lower priced robot. We used them for about 5 months and they are ready to be thrown in the trash.

Did the recommended remidies and still throwing same code. Called and they are replacing cleaning head already.

Not worth the money

Better to go with an off brand than pay almost $530 dollars for a glitchy buggy product.

Unhappy with product.

Would not empty trash at docking station. Tried to reload software but had problems and wouldn’t reload. Got tired of working with it. Got sick the last two months and just now able to retry to see if I can get it to work. Still no luck. Going to call repair to see what can be done.
