Product does not seem to work very well when you own any pets who shed, or have any carpet in any area near where the Roomba wants to clean. Device doesn't come with anything to deter from certain sections of the house, so when it goes to carpet, it immediately says the dust bin is full and just stops working. This is infuriating if you have it set to run when you are away from home at work. If I wanted to have to clean a vacuum every single day I would just do the work myself to keep the house clean. It's absolutely ridiculous how low the quality of this item is for $600. Please save yourself the time and buy a good Dyson Vaccum, or wait for Dyson to make another robot cleaning device as I just can't see why you would spend the money to be disappointed in this.

Not as efficient for pet hair. Leaves pet hair behind.

Not impressed, my old roomba does a better job..but will give it more time.

The dumbing station does not work good. Vacuum works.

Purchase this Roomba 7 months ago and now it’s stopped working. It did an okay job on hard floors but not area rug while it worked but overall for the price not a good product at all. Very disappointed.

Unit worked good for about a year then syaryed throwing "Error 13" and "Error 15" it would not return to the charging dock and would stop just a few feet infront of it. It was sent back myltuple times for repair but they were never able to fix the issue. Make sure you buy the protection plan if you decide to purchase this u it.

Broke in the first 2 weeks by motor burning up Waiting on replacement.

Terrible, can't even go back to base. I tried multiple times but each time the robot just does circles while going back to base. Also can't sense cables or anything else, just gets pushed around or sucked up.

Does not pick up pet fur. We have 2 aussies and it just leaves clumps of hair on the carpets everywhere. It's nice for hard floors but not really worth the price at all. I use my upright every day and just wanted something to keep some of the fur and things down but I just get my upright.

Not really impressed with this guy either… connectivity issues are constant and now it’s saying it needs maintenance. I don’t like that I have to babysit it when it’s vacuuming…

It’s good for the floor not having hair fallen , my experience was good with iRobot 675 which worked well even with hairs. But this one …. every time it runs it gets stuck whenever it gets hairs in main brush and throwing error to clean the main brush.

Honestly, I'm very disappointed. I thought it would work great because Roomba has a great name. I own another old Roomba which is fabulous. But this product has nothing but flaws. Basically it never works, every time it runs it throws error messages. I should return but I don't like doing that with products. I bought the product on 2/6/2024. And this review is on 3/2/2024.

Concept is great but every time I run it and it’s only been like 6 times. Gets stuck or the sweeper error. Has not made a full vacuum since Christmas. More than likely it will be going back.

Takes 3 runs (recharging twice) to clean a 1750 sq ft house.

Never did the entire area. Got stuck on the base. Very loud. The Customer Service never returned call nor emails

I did not realize that this model did not have smart map technology built in. My house has a large open floor plan and I prefer to be able to vacuum. Certain rooms. Would prefer to return tus model and upgrade.

The vacuum is too loud and would run several shifts per day and not collect as much dirt as my previous robovac.
