The vacum doesnt clean very well mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I have a 150# Newfoundland and had hopes that this vacuum would keep up with the hair in between thorough, manual vacuuming with the Dyson. I was kidding myself. This product is good for light cleaning but definitely not for an application like mine.

This was my first robot vacuumed and I had high hope but it couldn’t find its way to the doc when it needed to be charged and got stuck a few times.

I bought this with high hopes and for a month it was pretty good. I returned it within the month because the side brush stopped working and it wouldn't vacuum anymore. Upgraded to the s9 version.

not great doesn't want to start most of the time. when it runs it does a good job.

Battery life sucks, doesn’t pick up that good. Kind of a waste of money. Battery life only lasts 45 min. Takes 4 hours to clean 700 square feet.

Not cleaned as expected for the hard floor but charging duration is good and run for longer time .

Not worth it. The mapping it did took forever and when it got done, it was ridiculous trying to edit the map it made. Constant error codes after the first week or two. I gave up and returned it, because it took forever, and kept getting stuck for no apparent reason

Over four hundred dollars for a piece of junk, had for two months and not able to use because of error message ? 27 or similar stating insufficient airflow or some such thing,bought this because I,m handicapped and not able to stand or bend over and unable to clean my house what a waste of money and now not able to return vacuum ain,t that a mess money that could have been use elsewhere down the drain!!!!!!!!!!!

constantly gets stuck or can't dock right. rarely gets through the whole house. not happy and ended up giving it to my neighbor

I purchased this item for my daughters new house, as she has a dog, and I thought it would be ideal to keep the dog hair under control. I plugged it in and charged it, then attempted to set up the remote APP on my phone.. it said this model was not compatible with my internet (seriously?) then after multiple attempts to get service help online (no one I spoke with knew how to help with this item), I decided to return it, never to see if/how it worked! Terrible online support

Stopped working right after return window. Working with I-Robot for a month now. Vacuum has been nonworking longer than working.

Roomba is way too picky if it’s a little bit clogged it won’t do anything there always seems to be some kind of air and it doesn’t pick up hair very good disappointed

We originally purchased this to help with the dog hair on our floors from our two German Shepherds. We found out pretty quickly that it has issues. While it will pick up some hair, more often than not it would all get stuck inside the vacuum and we'd have to constantly pickup the robot, flip it over and dig out the blockage.

This product stopped communicating with the cloud, called several times. Nothing worked

I purchased reopened merchandise that had evidently been returned for a reason ... namely it would not connect to 2G or 5G WiFi networks.

It to Was HARD to set up It did not tell you how to set it up very hard I could not understand it the directions was not very clean So I had to take to back they did make boxing it up very easy when right in the box

Great replacement for our original Roomba. This one has wifi so it maps out the who floorplan and shows where it cleans. Love how we can set it to clean only the spots we want or the whole floor. Works great!

This Roomba will work for about a year. Save your money!

Not really worth the cost. It vacuums when it wants while it’s working.
