I was skeptical because of mixed reviews. Caught it on sale and decided to take a chance. It was the best investment ever. Saves me so much time. No problems getting it started or with getting stuck.

So far has worked great and as expected. Goes from hardwood, carpet, to rugs with no problem. Mapped whole floor within 3 runs. Got R2D2 decal so now its Roomba D2

Love the way it comes out at night. And then returns to its home base when it’s done

I absolutely love this vacuum. It gets in tight places and is a great help. The app lets you start or stop it at any time and shows u a map of where it has been.

I have had several Shark vacuums and this surpases shark. My floors look so much cleaner. Side note, the vacuum is loud.

As a cleaning robot it is good. But there were getting the app setup on my phone: - creating my account was a pain in the @55. - Put in my my new account and password. - Tried to login and it failed - Tried to reset my password, no email - contacted customer support, they asked if I had reinstalled the app. - I just installed the app, why reinstall. - it worked - the app would not detect my new one, but it would detect my old one - had to put in network password, that worked - to setup the robot, it required connecting the wifi, Roomba and the cloud ... - WHAT?!? Why does Roomba require setting up my Roomba - it would connect to the cloud until I gave it high priority. It connected. - getting to the setup was a 15 page description of its features. I couldn't skip it. - it finally worked Setting up the new one - detection worked, things were smooth until it got to connecting to the cloud - got stuck for about 5 minutes connecting to the cloud - WHAT?!? Why does Roomba require setting up my Roomba - finally connected - getting to the setup was a 15 page description of its features. I could skip it. AGAIN!! After over an hour my Roombas were connected. This should have taken 5 minutes, maybe 10. App fail, setup fail

Love my Roomba. My floors have never been so consistently clean. Once set it runs by itself. It’s user friendly and alerts if a problem.

Better then I expected. Took only 2 tries to Map the floor pattern. Cleans prity good for a robot. No complaints so far.

Purchased during a 50% off sale and it's an incredible upgrade to our older Roomba model. The cleaning power is exceptional for carpet and hard floor areas. It also seems extremely efficient in routing, which means run times are short - much shorter than our old vac. Although it isn't silent operation (manageable noise but not what I'd call quiet), the device has made a positive impact on our home. The auto-empty feature is an absolute game changer!

Honestly, I like this thing a lot more than I thought I would! Our floors are cleaner than they've been in ages. We run it twice a week and it catches anything the two of us track into the house without a problem. It has a surprisingly accurate map of the house now, and its suction is better than the stick vacuum we have. Ours was open-box but still works like a champ. If you can catch it on sale, it's certainly worth a try.

Bought because I was falling behind on sweeping our hard woods and this vacuum has helped so much! Between our dog bringing in grass and dust from outside this vacuum really helps with keeping out floors clean. Love that you can start it when you’re not home and it’s done when you get back. The only thing we don’t like is it’s just super loud when it goes back to empty, but that’s only an issue when we’re home. Definitely recommend if you need something to just help keep up with everyday sweeping.

I’ve had my IRobot for about a month now and I absolutely love it!! It gets everywhere throughout my living room and dinning room. With a pug and a cat who shed like crazy, this is the best investment I could have made. I just let it go and my clean up time is life made easy. If only there was an iRobot that could do stairs. I’d really be sitting pretty then. I”d recommend thé iRobot without hesitation, especially if you have shedding pets.

This is a great product. It maps out each room, and it navigates the house with ease.

Works great on pet hair. Easy to remotely turn on and empties itself!

I was skeptical about getting this and spending this much money, but it was the best decision ever. We run it every night since we have two dogs and our home is so clean. I even hid tiny pieces of paper in hard to reach spaces and this thing got it!

I have had an irobot for 20 years and it still works great. I purchased this one because we have a 1500 sq ft living room, kitchen, bar area and dining room combined and I had to keep moving the old one back and forth between that area and the bedrooms. This new one is awesome! Does everything as promised. A great buy.

Mechanically it does a great job. It gets under places and in corners that would normally be neglected. Im always impressed when it squats and squeezes under the bed or a shelving unit. Cons- the machine learning / AI isn’t quite there yet. It maps the house and runs well, but as it hits occasional barries it struggles. It remembers the barrier (a pair of shoes, etc..) after one time and continues to act like a June bug making crazy patterns around my house. It would benefit from a failure threshold before it commits to a new path. Example- it should hit the same barrier at least three times before remapping. Running the mapping program occasionally resolves this, but takes about eight hours in my home. Overall- happy with purchase.
