First roomba had an unfixable error 1003. Called iRobot, who sent me a new one and provided a label to send back the defective one. New one so far works well, with the exception of it attacking my computer mouse resulting in a tangled mess and multiple scratches on said mouse. A little disappointed in it not being able to avoid cords (it tried to attack a couple other cords), but happy I don’t have to vacuum as often.

There are mapping issue and sounds like it's falling apart.

We purchased the J7+ a week before getting this one. We liked it so much we decided to get one for the other part of the house. Set up was easy and fast. After a couple runs it had mapped that part of the house. I really like that it avoids cords and obstacles that get left on the floor. We haven't had to test the pet waste avoidance yet. We have a few dogs and there is an occasional accident. Our old Deebot has been taken apart many time after running through it. Yuck!

Excellent product. The app is very useful to program cleanning when you are out.

Very impressed with this Roomba. I opted for the j7 instead of the + model. $200 seems like alot for an auto emptying bin that I still need to buy bags for. Functionality is exactly the same, app is great, and it does a good job cleaning. I have a pair of long hair dogs and 6 long hair humans in my home, so far the rollers have been handling the fur without any issue. Roomba has come a long ways from the random cleaning days of old. This is the future, and it actually works!

Great product, it really does map your house. Allowing you to really choose when and where it cleans.

Works as advertised. Mapping the room takes some time, but then Rhoomba Ruby cleans everywhere.

We own few robots Roombas thru the years we got our first when they just came out, amazes me how betwem this one and the first one this one act as great as the first one we own in the last few years we had to return few because they will get stuck don’t clean right wouldn’t come back to the base etc this one comes back charges herself and comes back right where it left off. Awesome

Takes a minute to get the map right but after that works very well
