Our robot vac does a good job of collecting small debris, dust, and hair from the floors. It does an amazing job of mapping the layout and working around obstacles. And it gets under the couches a lot easier and more often than we ever did.

It’s a quiet vacuum, the camera inside helps the vacuum avoid pet messes as to not accidentally spread them around. Unfortunately after buying there was an error message that required sending it to iRobot since I didn’t get a protection plan.

Love it at first, but having trouble now with it keeps telling me bin needs to be empty and it is not even full. Have tried all the things they say to do online but still having issues with it.

I have had an iRobot Roomba for over 7 years and this one is so much better than the old one. Much quieter, faster and all around much better cleaning. Would definitely recommend!

I liked my old model better. The 1st brush was bent and I had to exchange it. The 2nd one stopped spinning and pushing pieces for picking up. It’s still works somewhat just not great. The programming feature kept disconnecting and saying there was an issue. Attempts to contact company takes a long time with little to no resolution.

Extremely satisfied with this purchase. It picks up the cat litter and cat hair produced by my two cats and keeps the rest of the house clean. Years ago I had one of the lower model Roomba and was very disappointed with it. But I've been very impressed with the j7. I recommend this model over any of the lower models because the navigation improvements and it's ability to map your house. I've also been impressed with the app features that allow you to schedule cleans, make custom cleaning routines, and routinely learns about new obstacles in the house. Lower end robot vacuums just keep hitting the same spot over and over, but the j7 actually learns and improves with each clean.

It definitely picks up a lot of dust around the house, the one thing I’d add is a tracker on it. It gets lost and there’s no way to find it.

This thing sucks up a lot of dirt. We have a dog who sheds a lot, so we run this thing almost daily in concert with a hand-held vacuum. It does the job.

I use the iRobot every day because of the amount of hair my pets shed and it is a success. I can go to work and control it from outside my home, I ended up recommending it to all my friends.

This is amazing at cleaning areas you wouldn’t normally clean. It goes around, under and over (thresholds). The only drawback is that the battery needs to charge between cleaning. We have a 3000’ 2 story and both floors require a charge between cleaning. So to do upstairs and downstairs it requires several hours between cleaning and recharging. However, it makes up for it with how well it cleans. We have a long haired shepherd and this vacuum has changed our lives for the better regarding hair removal.

Roomba works really well. I was afraid it will fall of the stairs, but it never does. It also vacuums around chair legs, and under the beds and couches which is amazing! Two things that are a bit annoying: 1. It wants me to empty the bin very often, bot because it is full, but because something gets stuck. I expected it to be more independent 2. It still has not figured out that the room configuration is different on each floor of my house.

Works great! It was easy to setup and get started. It took a few runs to map my house correctly, but was accurate once it was done.

Easy to set up and use love the map on the app and ability to set up clean zones. There are 4 girls in the house and the roomba keeps the hair out of the way, although i do have to remove the brushes about once a week to get rid of the hair buildup.it does not work well on rugs that are textured the rubber brushes leave the dirt in the low spots of the rug.

Worked well for over a year, now it has a bunch of errors that support can’t really help with.

It cleans great and with the camera, doesn’t bump into walls nor objects. I gave it a 4 because it doesn’t have a handle

Best robot vacuum I’ve ever owned. The app is well developed and it really does avoid obstacles like pet waste and charging cables unlike most.

The product performs as it should. It has some difficulty going over carpeted areas, but overall it does well.

My wife is very happy with it. And I'm more happier because I'm the one who sweep the floor. Very nice , I love her ( the robot)
