Great idea for older cars and iPhone users, but had a buzz when using for both audio and charging from the start, then audio stopped working completely after 2 weeks of use. Will try to return for refund or replacement

After about a month it stopped charging and I wasn’t offered a protection plan for this product so I am stuck. Will never buy a product of this brand again.
