Works great and worth the money. No wires connected to my phone and the call button sits perfectly and takes up no room. The call button is removable from the stick on base if you want to store it in a glovebox or arm rest and the call button base is magnetic to the call button so it never falls off which is a great feature! You can play it while it’s charging also which is a plus for me. Shut off when not in use so it saves battery since I always forget.

I hesitated to buy this when we found it in the store. I had been wanting something exactly like this for years, but was skeptical with the price. After all, if it didn't work, I could have bought several of the other kind for the same amount. It does have to be charged. But it holds it's charge for a long time. On our van, the microphone was easy to mount and calls have been easy and clear. My only problem would be that it cannot be used and charge at the same time. But if you remember to plug it in when you are listening to something else, this shouldn't be a problem.

It works great. We bought it for our teenage son’s car. It works great for music and the hands-free phone option is an added bonus. You have to take it out and charge once every couple weeks.

I bought these to use in an older Lexus that wasn't equipped with bluetooth. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, until I decided what type of bluetooth unit I wanted or if I would just buy a head unit. These work pretty good & sound decent for the money. The "not so good", I wish it would stay charged longer or that you could charge it while using it. Also remember to turn it off, when finished using, this will help with keeping a charge. For the money, it has served it's purpose

this is such a handy little device for older cars. Regrettably, you can't leave it connected to power when it's docked inside the radio. It does have a cord that hangs out when it's in use so that you can have bluetooth call control, so I wouldn't think it would be that hard to have power connect through that cord too. It doesn't hold a charge for as long as I'd like so the lack of a constant power supply is annoying. Aside from that, it's got decent sound and functions well!

My vehicle is older with no inputs for cell phone or any other device, the iSimple CallCassette is really handy for listening to music and/or navigation directions which is directed to speakers in vehicle. Also very handy for receiving and making phone calls without holding phone. It does have to be removed and charged every so often for continued use.

This is an inexpensive way to obtain Bluetooth capability in autos. Works great. The only negative is that sometimes it doesn’t shut off when not in use. I check my phone to ensure it has disconnected.

You should be able to charge while its in and playing music, and the on button is VERY annoying to have to take it out and turn it on each time.

Charging plug broke or i'd give it 5 stars. Other than that it worked great, you do have to charge the tape every now and then .

I bought one of these thinking, hey, I can turn my older radio into a hands free Bluetooth radio, awesome! WRONG! First of all, this thing is impractical, what they don't tell you on the box, or make it clear, is that you have to charge this thing every time you use it. Unfortunately, you can't charge the device while it is loaded into the tape deck, the USB cable prevents it from loading in the deck, and it takes forever to charge. In addition the battery only last 5 hours. Meaning you're going to be charging this almost every other day, popping it out, disconnecting cables, etc. Secondly, my phone had a hard time connecting with the device, once the battery drained, it's like the settings change, and you have to retrain it all over again. Lastly, in addition to popping this thing out to charge it, you have to press the button on the tape to turn it on and off. Meaning you have to do this EVERY TIME you stop somewhere, or get out of the car, otherwise the battery continues to drain. In any case, like I said it's a nice concept (modernize your radio), but it's just not practical and cumbersome to deal with.

My high performance English sports car is a bit older and has an integrated stereo. Unfortunately it has no USB/smart phone connection. To replace it with a new modern unit would be near impossible. Fortunately, this unit gets my phone hooked up to it easily. My only complaint is that the unit requires charging and the cable wont fit with the cassette in the unit.

You can plug the charger in while you're using it, so the battery dies often. Only set back. Otherwise it works fine

Used this on a road trip in an older car with no bluetooth. We could stream from our cell phones over the audio system which was clear. Cell phone use was serviceable although the background music was flaky. Sometimes the connection was flaky. Despite the drawbacks, its a good product for older cars with otherwise good sound systems.

I had to find something for my sons car , ran to Best Buy didn’t think they would have something like this still on shelves but they did! Tape deck adapter to Bluetooth . It’s ok just every time you leave car you have to pull out tape deck and hit button and put tape back in , it’s really annoying but it works great!

This cassette has the same problem the last one had, the wires will break after a little while and it affects the way that it picks up the music and plays it. So the sound will come out of one side of the car but not the other side. You just have to jiggle the wire and play with it for a minute to get it to work.

I bought this for a road trip, as my truck still had a cassette player! This worked great to connect my phone to my truck via bluetooth. It is a short term solution, but if you want to listen to your music on a road trip and haven't updated your dash, this is a great option!
