The actual Tranzit Bluetooth device works great. The technician was in a hurry, broke one of the four connectors that holds the car’s console in place, pinched the wiring so that only the left speakers worked, and then scheduled the 3rd repair for two weeks later. All in all I had to go in and rewire and repair the wiring and console myself. Best Buy should have refunded me the installation cost - since it was never done right the first TWO times. Installation: Abysmal.

I still would not call this hands free as to use you still need to press two different buttons to get call out and same to receive call

I didn't want to install a new stereo so my wife got me this for my car. Now I can listen to commercial free music & my music all I want. Works great.

It would've worked if they had mentioned it needed a harness. Tore the car apart and found that out. If you buy it for a BMW...GET THE HARNESS FOR IT TOO!

I would recommend professional installation wiring this product into the head unit not using the FM antenna bypass. Using FM antenna gives you static when using the Bluetooth products. I ended up replacing my head unit.

Cool product but not powerful enough and the sound quality is not so good. I guess that's why it's not really specified on the box that it connects to your radio and not the auxiliary but you live and you learn

I had the product installed at BestBuy in Tucker (Northlake) and after the second uninstall I found out the store charged me for parts that were never installed in my car.

We purchased this for my son's car so he could listen to his own music on his phone. His car didn't have an AUX port this came in very handy.

I bought this for my son in college. He loves it. It gets great reception and he loves that he can play all of his music from his phone.

Bought this for my car, had bb install it for me.. Doesn't work that well and you will keep dropping your calls and the radio station.... I returned it.

No issues at all so far. I wanted something hands free for my son while driving and this perfectly fits the bill.

The sound quality can be questionable at times but if your looking to go hands free and add Bluetooth streaming without changing our a factory unit this is the way to go

Great for a car especially if you want to keep the factory look and get some great Bluetooth sound.

This installation took less time than expected, works great, and cost less than estimated. Highly recommend.

No real right or wrong with the product just bought the wrong item for what I needed

This system is complicated to use and unreliable. I have to change the station, press and hold the receiver button and wait for it to connect. By the time this process is complete (if it works), the caller has hung up. If I leave it turned on, my radio stations don't come in clearly enough to listen to music. If you can get a radio equipped with Bluetooth, do that instead.

I enjoy my new Samsung Galaxy 8+as I have my other Samsung products. . Great Battery life

So simple that a 70 year old could use it easily. Got it for an elderly lady and she loves it.
