My brother got this and was going to put it in his 2006 Ford F350, but when he went to Geek Squad installation the GS Agent didn't really recommend it because it is liable to have interference.

This product works fine and is easy to use. However, it reduced the power of my antenna. Now my radio stations do not pick up as well as they were picking up. I went back and spoke with the technician. He said that it will do that and there is nothing he can do about it because it is split from the antenna. I asked him were there any issues with the device prior to purchasing it. He said no. I wish he had told me about the antenna. I would not have purchased it.

Isimple works great and it adds technology to the vehicle.

At first this thing was good, except I had to turn the volume up on both phone and the car stereo. Even after adjusting the unit's gain control up. I can live with that. Then the music would kind of pause for a second then come back with a loud scratching sound and then the music comes back. This happens very intermittently and often. I'm going to talk to best buy about a refund or maybe an in-store credit. Also the cables are very inconvenient.

Some audio lag and static. Switch broke 5 days after it was installed. Geeks quad lifetime warranty is a great thing have.

You can't charge your phone unless you're actually using the system and have it turned on.

Wasn't what I was looking for. The Best Buy rep didn't have any knowledge of the product had to return and purchase a more expensive product which I am happier with and told a few of my friends about and they have purchased it as well

I paid for auxiliary input, which works but now the radio doesn't. When I called about it, I was not impressed with the lack of customer service. Instead I was told I could buy an after market radio for them to install!!!

This system is hooked up through your car radio, therefore there is a ton of interference and unbalenced sound. If you truly need something like this you're better off going to your car dealer and paying for their system.
