    My hood is up and looks great it is quiet and works well. I am waiting on the top part to cover the duct work I didnt know I needed to order it seperate.

    Got the wrong vent hood for my lichen layout. Tech showed measurement and gave advice on options to modify or get the proper model. Couldn’t expect more helpful tech advice.

    Looks great in the kitchen compliments all the other Kitchen Aid appliances Installed professionally by Best Buy. Great job

    This hood is super powerful and looks great. I doubt that I will ever need to use it on the highest setting. Great deal with the Thermador fridge & range purchase.

    How can we REVIEW your service when we haven't had our hood installed!! Very disappointed with your service department. Our service call of 12/26 wasn't on schedule! We were scheduled today to complete installation and after being on hold for an hour, no service TODAY! Although, representative confirmed we're on today's scheduled, no service person available to MAKE call. Now waiting for a call from scheduling department to make ANOTHER appointment! Please call 909/798-4533 to schedule another appointment

    After a couple of tries we ended up having a good Install experience

    This was a big problem. It may have been very unique situation. Parts were missing when the first installation person came so he could not install. He was upset due the fact he had a long commute to my house. I called Best Buy and told them parts were missing but they refused to listen and sent someone to install the hood and that was not there area of work. So a third try from the installer and the parts were missing. BIG communication problem.

    After three phone calls and over one and half hours on hold my problem never got resolved Worst service ever my first ringer hood came broken the second got lost by ups the third I had to pick up then I had to be up at 7 am for installed and at 1 pm no show but after 35 minutes on hold I was promised he would show by 3:15 then 4:15 then by 5:45 told he was not coming then they rescheduled for two weeks out really 5 weeks and still not installed
