Hardly ever is a movie better than the book, but It is an exception that to the rule. Loaded with a stellar cast of child actors, the film is truly amazing. Capturing the friendships of the characters with the ‘80s aesthetic and a truly terrifying performance for Pennywise. Seeing this film on 4K is absolutely the way to experience this film. The black levels are gorgeous and the Dolby Atmos soundmix really puts you into the danger and suspense of the characters. The special features are fairly in-depth and you get a free digital redemption code.

This is a great Steelbook. Awesome cover art and the inside picture is nice as well. The picture quality is amazing. I'd have to say it is one of the better looking UHD movies that I own. I was surprised with how awesome the picture is. The sound is great too. I picked this up on sale for Halloween, and it was worth every penny. The one gripe I have, is that it doesn't come with a blu ray copy with the special features like usual. Just the UHD disc and the digital code. Other than that, it's a great edition to my collection.

Very high quality DVD. I really like "It" so I figured this would be a good time to buy the Blu ray since it came with movie cash which I used to see "It Chapter 2." So basically I got to see the movie for free. I know nowadays you don't really need to buy DVD'S anymore since everything is digital but I like all the extras you get on DVD'S. I used to buy DVD'S all the time but now I like to pick only the ones that I really like and come with something extra like this.

It's about a group of misfit kids in Maine, and their encounter with bullies and a truly frightening monster that calls itself Pennywise the Dancing Clown. This creature (It) only comes out every 27 years! There are some truly shocking moments throughout the film that will definitely grab your attention. I watched the original miniseries that starred Tim Curry that came out years ago. I thought that version was creepy but this one is much creepier! A must see!

As the title would suggest this is by far in every way better than the original. Heck to me it does the book a far better amount of justice and because it's not a made for tv movie they could get away with a whole lot more when creating this and it shows. Honestly one of the best high budget horror flicks I've seen in a really long time which says a lot since I typically just go back to the 80's whenever I wanna have my horror fix.

Not many people still buying DVDs but I try to get my favorite movies on DVD ! Great movie Great Deal.. I have Blu Ray but this also came with 4K Ultra DVD..hope to upgrade someday !!

I bought this movie for my niece for her birthday. She was thrilled! She had already seen the movie 3x and was excited to have her own copy. I bought it online at bestbuy and picked it up at the store. There was a little confusion as to which line was for checking out and which line was for picking up, but there was an associate there helping out with that. Overall the transaction was very easy.

I actually already have this on 4K Blu-ray Steelbook I got it when it was first released back in 2017 as a bestbuy exclusive Steelbook then but because the Steelbook art is different this time I choose to get t again. Just know with this release you ONLY get the 4K Ultra disc there is NO Blu-ray Disc included so unless you have a 4K player this will NOT work, it does come with a digital HD code though.

It's so hard to find good remakes/reboots these days and IT is one of the few that did things right. This version pays homage to the original movie, but also adds its own bit of flair. It's been accepted that the story with the kids was far better than the story with the adults in the original and so far that's still holding true, here's hoping the second part doesn't continue that.

If you are a fan of “IT” movies or horror movies then this is the perfect movie for you. It has plenty of action, a great story and of course Penny wise who never disappoints you when it comes to scaring kids and anyone else for that matter. This movie looks amazing in 4K and it was definitely worth paying extra because the detail done to this film was amazing.

Sometimes when a movie is remade it is worst than the original. This is a movie that is different that it uses a darker tone than the original. The hard part was that this movie is broken up into two parts so when you see it in the movie theater you may have forgotten the 1st part. My suggestion is to buy this movie and watch it while you get prepared to watch the 2nd part.

I love the original made for TV "IT" Doubted that anyone could top Tim Curry performance. Not meant to be competition, but rather another look into the character, that IMHO did very very well. Just the right amount of extra creep factor that was allowed beyond the PG-13 original. Still love the original, but happily accepted this one into my collection too.

I enjoyed the movie and more so than the original adaptation. But that is not the point of this review. The digital transfer is fine with nothing that distracted the viewing. The sound is also solid. Then again, this is a contemporary film, you don't exactly need Criterion to spare no expense to remaster it! If you like the movie, this release has some informative and decently produced special features and a fine transfer of the audio/visual. It isn't a spectacular collector's item but it isn't supposed to be!

Very solid 4k transfer. Colors pop noticably better than they do on standard Blu-ray. Certain dark scenes did come across a bit too dark on my TCL 6 series with Dolby Vision. That could be because I don't have my TV settings super dialed in.

If you are a fan of the, the early 90's TV movie, or just like a good horror movie you should watch this film. Combines one of the scariest horror characters with great acting from the kids in the movie. Pennywise is why people are afraid of clowns! It's worth checking out the behind the scenes and deleted scenes too! Good stuff that you can't get on Netflix!

If you’re reading this, you’ve probably already seen the movie, which is pretty darn spooky. Most definitely caused a few expletives from my wife. As for the steel book, great artwork and product as always. Can also double as a flat ninja star. Five stars all the way.

I'm writing this not so much as a critic but as an ordinary moviegoer, experiencing Proustian transport via an old-fashioned scary movie executed by a team of filmmakers and actors at the top of their game. A remarkable exercise that is infinitely more effective when it focuses on reaching the audience's heart, instead of their nerves

As someone who hasn’t read the book all the way through yet but is terrified by Pennywise the dancing clown, this movie is fantastic, it is extremely well acted by all of the kids and by Bill Skarsgard as Pennywise! He is truly creepy! The movie is great with suspense and if you like that kind of genre then this movie is great for you!

Remakes are a huge issue for us, but we gave this one a chance and it was awesome. We saw it at the Arclight in Hollywood, Ca when we were living there, and we just had to own the movie since then. Still not fan of remakes, but we still give them a chance because you never know, some turn out really good, just like this one.

At first I was skeptical about this movie as I am with all remakes as most of the the time the original movies are better but with this movie I was wrong. It was dark but also comedic and the kids in this film were outstanding. I’m not a fan of horror and don’t have much horror in my collection but this is a movie I had to add.
