Bought online and received about 7 weeks ago. Used only on hardwood floors and no carpet. 2 weeks ago it no longer held a charge either due to the battery or computer parts. I didn't purchase the extra warranty and Best Buy can't help me. The itouch company won't respond. It was used once a week for 7 weeks. It is suppose to mimic an iRobot vac. Does not do carpeting, gets stuck on floor registers and furniture.

Good little vacuum for the price, dust bin a bit too small and tricky to reinstall after emptying, but it gets the job done

Not a bad deal but can not replace regular vacuum. Does a good job on bare floors but would not recommend if you have an animal that sheds a lot. Is great to turn on and walk away

Will only work on even surfaces with nothing in the way to get hung on such as rugs,cords,cabinet corners. Works good on cleared areas.

I got this for my mother's wood floors. It seems to work good for her. I wish it had more power for it will be fine for my mothers needs.

The floor vacuum is pretty good if you have a level floor.

I had Roombas for nine years; eventually each of them wore out and I replaced it. This time around, the model I wanted was $700! So I shopped around and found iTouchless for 80% less! I ordered on Saturday, received it the following Wednesday, charged it overnight, and have used it about every other day since. After a week, I pulled four dysfunctional iRobots out of my closet and discarded them. The iTouchless runs for a full hour each time, and does a good job of cleaning. But you can't just turn it on and leave; there are several obstacles where it will just spin its wheels, presumably until the battery is discharged. Worst problem is where bare floor meets (very short-pile) carpet. But with practice, I got to where I could hear it when it has a problem. Just nudge it, and all is well. Previous reviews have warned against using it on thick carpet; since I have none, I don't know. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied.

I purchased this robotic vacuum for 170$ with 4 years guarentee. Basically you have to watch it the entire time because it stops when it hits on heavy subjects : chairs, table walls ... You have to kick it out. Manual charger. It comes with a remote. Great deal but not really an automatic vacuum.

I should have spent the extra dollars and bought a roomba. I am retiring it. Runs for 4 mins and stops. Can't reach customer service

Bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it! They have a dog and it cleans up all the hair.

I did not like this machine. It's made of cheap material, and doesn't do the work of a robot vacuum cleaner.
