Customers are saying

Customers highly value the additional USB ports, ease of use, and compact size of the USB 3.0 4-Port Mini Hub. Many appreciate its ability to provide sufficient power and its compatibility with various devices. However, some users find the cable length to be too short and have experienced issues with charging multiple devices simultaneously. A few also noted that the hub can get warm during use.

The hub works well on my MacBook Pro with my Seagate ultra slim HDD. The hub also works well with the iPad connected. The hub does not support the apple superdrive (I have not found an external powered hub that does so this isn't a big show stopper). Just remember to connect the superdrive DIRECTLY to the MBP. Other than that, works like a charm.

I bought this for my MacBook Pro because I needed more USB ports but I didn't want anything too expensive. It worked out great. While it will not charge my iPhone or iPad it does work great with my wireless mouse and external hard drive. If your needs are pretty simple I suggest this product. It is easy to set up and I have had no problems with it.

It's a good buy for its price point because it has enough USB ports, small, fast enough, and sturdy. Don't have life engaging expectations but don't want it to fail and take up my time

I purchased this Hub to provide the fastest transference of data from software disks, network, etc. The 3.0 has data throughput anywhere from 3 1/2 times to 10 times faster than a 2.0. The powered hub allows you to connect to a port that does not have enough power to drive an external disk and is simple to connect and use.

I bought this to power an SSD I bought for my Wii U. Not only can it power it no problem, but it acts to recharge multiple controllers no problem either. It's sturdy design is solid and unless you try, it won't break on you.

I finally broke down and bought this 4-port USB hub and now I don't know what I would do without it. I was tired of having to constantly plug and unplug all my various devices from my 2 available ports. I do photography and this 3.0 hub is fast when I have my card reader plugged in. Great buy!

This USB hub has 4 ports that are all USB 3.0. The device is made form aluminum which is nice, and the cords it comes with are 3 foot (power and USB). Charges my iphone and other 1A apple products, and transfers data much faster than the old USB 2 hub this computer used to use.

Purchased this 4 port USB3 hub for my Surface Pro 4. I have been using it for about 1 month and it has been working great. The small form factor is great and it does come with an external power adapter for power hungry devices. I have been running a USB monitor, an audio interface, a midi keyboard, and an iLok 2 on it with zero issues. I only wish I would have bought a 7 port instead so I could add an external HD and a mouse. Overall a great purchase and it serves its purpose.

Looked at a few USB 3.0 Hubs and glad I decided on this one. Easy to use, as it should be. Nice and small, but the ports are well-spaced. Has a port that supports 3.0-speed charging and an optional power supply to use it as a charging hub when not connected to a computer.

Works like a good port hub should. Comes in handy with the imac with the ports in the back. I no longer have to move my computer to switch out the devices that there are not enough ports for on the thing.

I'm sure all MacBook users can sympathize that the two USB ports included on the computer are simply not enough. Especially for someone like myself who is constantly using additional hard drives and peripherals. This little hub does exactly what I need it to and the additional fast charging port is an added bonus. The ports are all USB 3.0 so there's enough bandwidth to run hard drives on it without any problems and I haven't had any latency issues while using any keyboards or drum machines if that's something you are looking to use this for as well.

I love my iMac but with the USB ports being located on the back can be a pain. This little gadget simplifies that problem. Just plug it in one time to the back of computer and you have easy access to 4 USB ports. Can be used with or without AC power. Seems to be solid, quality build and with USB 3.0, you maintain the speed with your 3.0 devices. Very reasonable price I thought for a quality product.

This product works as advertised. I've never had any problems with it. I have an external hard drive and an external web cam. I haven't had any connection issues using this device and I especially like that it is USB 3.0 for my USB 3.0 external drive.

I use this as a USB three hub connected to my surface pro (v1). Works well. I get decent speeds between two 5400rpm discs. They go. Between 65 and 90 MB/s. It has to be powered so not as simple as my bus powered USB 2 stuff but there's no contest in speed.

This has made my computer space very convenient. It take vey little space and is tucked in the corner of my desk. When ever I need to update my flash drives, transfer data from camera or I Pods/Pads I just plug right into the HUB and off I go.

The hub was well packaged with no damage on receipt. It comes with it's own power source and was easy to set up. It is fairly compact and takes up little space next to my laptop. Low cost device for connecting to multiple USB devices.

Needed something with USB3.0 speeds to augment the one connection on the Surface Pro 3. This fit the bill and being housed in an aluminum case is quite sturdy. Haven't needed to use the AC adapter yet, not sure what device would need that.
