I have a surface pro 3 and needed extra USB ports to connect a wireless keyboard, mouse and a DVD drive. Plug and play . Well built and works like a charm. Very happy with the item.

I use double monitor for my work. when one of the usb slot on my laptop broke, I had to run to Best buy to get USB port. This makes my work easier, I wish i knew about this earlier.

With the purchase of Fitbit, I needed to have this port enhancer. Instead of buying on line I went instead to the store and discussed different items and am very happy with my selection

Need a few more USB ports and didn't want to mess with doing internal stuff. This item was suggested to me by one of the reps at Best Buy and it works really well.

Overall works well. The only problem it just feels flimsy. It has provided the extra USB I needed but not enough. I purchased another one different brand for travel that did not seem so flimsy.

Very quick transfer speeds. Only downside is the sub cable is only about 1.5 feet long. So it hangs off the side of my desk most the time because it doesn't reach all the way to my external HD's.

So far so good! Bought this because I need more USB ports available. First time use last night and it worked great. Easy set up and convenient. Even has extras for just in case.

Perfect USB hub. Good size and good length cable. I was looking for more USB ports for my laptop but didn’t want anything over the top and easily portable. This was perfect. Additionally it comes with a AC Power adapter so if you wish you can power or charge over one of the dedicated ports which was perfect for my webcam.

Two of my clients' laptop USB ports were blown and she used her third for her mouse. I use an ergonomic keyboard, but wasn't able to connect. This four-port hub does the trick!

It's lite and gives me extra ports for my computer. My computer only supports power to 2 or 3 external drives, but the power cord allows for all 4 to work ports to work.

Allows my new smaller computer to have more devices attached to it when I am not on the road. This also allowed me to replace my old bulky computer with a newer smaller unit.

j5create's 4-port USB 3.0 Hub does what's supposed to: plugs into the front of your HD tower to add four more USB ports to plug your devices into. So far, so good.

Overall, decent USB hub. However, only 1 out of 4 USB ports allow you to charge without the host connection. Other than that, it looks ok.

I had another off brand USB hub and it was terrible. It would often become unstable. My mouse would freeze along with programs. This J5create is GREAT! It is super fast!

I needed a devise that could handle multiple USB on my laptop and had the USB 2.0 and 3.0 capabilities. I can now plug multiple devices through this item without issue.

This functions well (transfer speeds of anywhere from 60 MB/s to 104 MB/s in my experience using all USB 3.0 devices), but I meant to return it to get the j5 create USB 3.0 hub with gigabit ethernet. I hate the fact that a down-graded connector like gigabit ethernet is still prominent, when this USB 3.0 hub is cheaper but the wifi router and cable modem I have don't allow a USB connection for direct internet access. For plugging in substantial external USB 3.0 hard drives you will need to actually plug this hub in with its included power cord otherwise its not drawing enough power to allow devices to connect. That makes sense.

I was looking for a new USB hub to use with my new laptop. This one has USB 3.0 so it's faster than my old USB 2.0. My new laptop has USB 3.0. It works great.

Now i needed a good one of these for more usb slots on my xbox one. This one works flawlessly. very well made, it's thin..can fit in your pocket without a problem.

I bought this item for my new surface Pro three And it works great to add the extra hubs. I can also charge my phone and Xbox controllers from it at the same time.

great little USB 3.0 hub. I use this when I travel. Having the option to use AC or just power via USB is great for charging all the devices I carry with me.
