The USB universal adapter for my wireless Logitech keyboard and mouse is very sluggish or wont work at all unless I place my keyboard right on top of he dock and keep my my mouse as close as I can to the dock. It is very frustrating. All works fine when I dont use the dock and plug directly in the USB port on my HP Notebook 15-dy1043dx. Is there anyone else hat has had this issue and found a reasonably priced dock that works normally that would could be recommended?

Posted .Deee, I'm sorry to hear the JUD380 is causing issues with your wireless mouse and keyboard. Sounds like a leaky waves situation which is when the USB 3.0 port gives off radio waves that interfere with the wireless dongle's radio waves causing sluggish/slow performance. For workarounds/recommendations, I recommend contacting the support team printed on the casing and a specialist will be glad to offer solutions. Good option for Windows Systems

The only problem I see is that it doesn´t work yet with recent versions of MAC OS. Support says that they are working on upgrading the drivers, but there is no release date for the new ones.

Also makes a pinging noise at startup. Not thrilled with the product but it has served its purpose so far.

Has it's flaws

When it works it does it really well but when it disconnects i have to restart the computer for it to work again.

Overpriced, too few USB ports, and poor performing

However what I didn't think about is that I was sacrificing one USB port to use this hub, so I only gained one port, which wasn't enough to use a keyboard, mouse, and USB headset at the same time. Not only that, but the Logitech wireless mouse was very jerky when using this hub. It works fine plugged in directly. The VGA port can only mirror what is shown on the laptop display, not have a separate screen. I have since bought a USB C hub from another manufacturer, which can show a different display on VGA, provides 4 USB ports, and the wireless mouse works fine, and it was about half the price online.
