      The USB 3.0 Mini Dock is compatible with most computer's with an available USB 3.0 port. This device will also require an installation of a driver.     I thought this would solve all my connector problems, but it didn't. I use an external LogiTech camera sometimes and while connected to this hub the camera always froze and I had to restart often.

    I’m not sure if this a good product, I can’t get it to work with my Mac Book Pro. Although customer service tried but also couldn’t get it to work.

      Hello there, if you have the M1 chip, the drivers will not be compatible. If you have the Intel, please check the privacy setting to make sure our drivers were not blocked.       To clarify, the dock does not include its own power adapter, it is designed to operate without one, though an optional 5V Micro-B DC input can be used if additional power is needed.
