Attaching a standard HDMI screen does work, so the review is 50/50. You still need to plug a MR headset into the video card in the back

Screen freezes multiple times a day

After having used this device for a couple months now on a Windows 11 machine, I find that the monitor that is hooked up through it freezes/locks up multiple times per day. To get it working again I have found I have to unplug the adapter and then plug it back in each time. I have contacted J5 customer service multiple times on the matter. Each time they have recommended reloading the driver which I have done. But that has not helped. I wish I could return the device for a refund, but unfortunately too much time has passed now for me to do so.
