    I purchased this product to connect a laptop to a TV in an exercise room. I don't use it much because it seems video is slow to transfer and images are a little fuzzy.

    You will have to down load software to make it function. Can be an issue if you are on a company computer, you will have to have I.T. do it for you.

    I should have been suspicious from the horribly convoluted directions that make you jump through a half dozen hoops "please read this!! you really need to pay attention to this." The drivers ask you to accept their software even though it's flagged as potential malware, then the product asks you to accept ACCESS TO YOUR SCREEN AT ALL TIMES EVEN WHEN OTHER APPS ARE RUNNING. I get all kinds of error messages I can't get rid of like "we have claimed your USB port and are now driving it"... AND THEIR UNINSTALL PROGRAM DOESN'T WORK. They wanted me to grant them access to my screen and reverse privacy settings, which I can't put back to blocking them. Also, the driver doesn't work, so who knows if the hardware even works.
