||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I should have been suspicious from the horribly convoluted directions that make you jump through a half dozen hoops "please read this!! you really need to pay attention to this." The drivers ask you to accept their software even though it's flagged as potential malware, then the product asks you to accept ACCESS TO YOUR SCREEN AT ALL TIMES EVEN WHEN OTHER APPS ARE RUNNING. I get all kinds of error messages I can't get rid of like "we have claimed your USB port and are now driving it"... AND THEIR UNINSTALL PROGRAM DOESN'T WORK. They wanted me to grant them access to my screen and reverse privacy settings, which I can't put back to blocking them. Also, the driver doesn't work, so who knows if the hardware even works.

Posted .Proper functionality entails downloading and installing a driver on a Windows or Mac platform. Depending on the OS you have, different instructions apply. In order for j5create USB display adapters to operate, to mirror and extend to an external display, it requires that the device communicates and shares resources with the computer's integrated graphics adapter.

It was more like download this, do that and it will work…it works but you have to take additional steps, etc. I ended up returning it and getting the branded adapter…I am not saying it is not a good product, it’s just that with apple some things work better than others.

Posted .The JUA354 requires drivers for our device to work. For Windows 10, drivers are usually downloaded automatically when device is connected to a computer, We apologize for the inconvenience.
