did not work with my MacBook Air

Posted .This Display Adapter requires an installation of a driver. Depending on the OS you have, different instructions apply. If your computer is equipped with a USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Mode for video out, the JCC155G, JCC153G or JCA153G will work. Posted .Obtaining an adapter to help make your job easier and instead causes more problems is not convenient - we understand and apologize for your experience. The JUA354 being compatible with Windows and macOS have different installation instructions, causing the adapter to not work at all if not properly setup. Depending on the OS of your computer, different instructions, steps apply. In order to narrow down the root of the issue, we recommend calling in to speak with a rep and they will be happy to lend a helping hand. If you would like, we may also be able to recommend a PnP model which requires no software installation; but this would depend on your computer's make and model and if applicable.
