This product works well I only took off a star bc of size. A little bulky for my taste

The j5create - USB 3.1 Type-C Charging Bridge works like charm. It charges my computer with no problems and it's fast and easy to use.

Purchased a converter for my MacBook pro. No glitches or issues so far. Since my new MacBook only has two USB hubs, I like being able to have an extra charging port while using this converter.

Well apple has done it again . Making me buy more items to work on new gear from the phones new headphones to the computers new one and only port on this Mac the usbc. which is needed to connect all my usb regular stuff ..this piece here will keep charging your Mac while utilizing the usbc port to charge my phone or watch or whatever I have hooked up to the unit while working and also to transfer pics or whatever from ext.drives.under 20 bucks is allso nice compared to the 40 plus price I have seen on other usbc to usb converters.

Love this compact converter from USB C to 3.1 . I plug it in and still have a Typc C port, while also gaining a 3.1 port. I still have a need for 3.1 port and my Dell XPS 13" doesn't have one. So this is perfect.

This charging bride works very well. I have not had any issues.

I just got my MBP 13 and here comes the dilemma of having dongles. I am not used to it coming from iMac and MBP. I originally purchased the Hyper Drive as it was recommended by the guy from Best Buy but sadly, it didn't work. This dongle worked as soon as I plug it in and it was super fast. I was contemplating between this and belking USB C to USB port which was $5 less but when I saw that the data rate is double, I immediately decided and boy, it was the best decision. Go grab this now and save some bucks.

I was hoping this allow enough current through with the charger plugged in to run a portable hard drive, but it doesn't and I don't think it is the fault of this device, but that of the tablet that it's plugged into. It does allow me to use a USB 3 thumb drive at full speed at the same time it is charging.

Great adapter for light carry and very functional If you need extra usb. There are others that are better, but much more expensive for same basic needs. Overall very good product

If you own a new MacBook pro then you definitely need an adapter just to use it. This one is great for a cheap price and adds options to your computer. Just use it without a case.

Purchased for my new MacBook Pro with touch bar. works perfect kind of bulky and sticks out a bit far. Some better options are out there but the product works perfectly.

This works great with my Microsoft surface and my MacBook. It can work with any operating system and is small and portable to take anywhere in my bag.

Great accessory. Mac's don't have USB ports so I would highly recommend carrying one of these. This works flawlessly.

I like the connection it provides for my phone and flash drive. its great for daily writing activities and transferring files. its very speedy as well!

So far, so good. I do wish it was a bit more compact. But it functions well.

This product did the job for my MacBook Pro and was affordable.
