Posted .For adding monitors, Ethernet and peripherals to your laptop, the JCD381 is a smart adapter to have due to it's various ports for different uses. Simply download, install the driver and you're set!

I'm able to leverage this product to help connect my extended monitor and other products with my laptop and can easily transport to other places. Simple to install and use.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Did not take long for me to see that the connection became loose or the cord that connects to my USB-C port is just too sensitive to movement. A slight movement of my laptop on my desk will cause the connection to fail and my monitor will go black. I use with my Microsoft Surface Pro. I have not used the other ports on the docking station - only the one for HD and the regular one which I just go between depending on which one is not too sensitive to movement.

great laptop addition for multiple screens

I set up a home office for my new job last year and was used to using a laptop with two other screens. I've been using this now for some time and love it! It was pretty easy to setup....I'm on a windows based unit for work. Definitely worth the money!

However, the external keyboard and mouse USB must be connected to the computer rather than the dock. Also of note is that I bought the first dock in May and had to replace it in February because it quit working.

Review j5create - USB Type-C Dual HDMI Mini Dockin

It is technically two HDMI but not two 4K. YOu may need to use your computer HDMI that give a 4K resolution and this hub to get the other 4K. It does have other ports that come in handy. You can download the software from J5 website.
