Posted .Hello Roku, the USB ports are PnP but does require drivers for the HDMI's and Ethernet ports to function. If you have a work computer and has "access denied" when adding a driver/software, you may have to contact your IT to have them install the drivers. Best multi screen adapter

Not only will the JCD381 allow you to connect to a pair of external HDMI displays it gives you other ports as well. It will provide USB-A, Ethernet, and pass through charging ports. We appreciate your review.
