||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I first purchased this I expected to hook my monitors up into the USB port and the computer to work properly by casting to each individual screen instead when I looked it up it did not come with a power cable and it had a CD in which I had to download to my laptop as you know most laptops do not have cd inserts and therefore I could not use this product nor did it have any USB cables of any kind nor HDMI cables

I'm so sorry to hear about this. We include a CD just in case you can't get online. We have our drivers available online that you can download and my customer service team would be more than happy to walk you through the installation and set up of your device. The only drawback is that it gets very hot when in use. I am using it 8 hours a day during the week as I am working from home 100% of the time.

Can't live without it!

Affordable USB port
