I have instances where the product will take a while to detect my monitors. It only happened maybe three times since I have had it but other than that it works as described. The build quality however is very problem some. It has an aluminum housing and I feel as though if I drop it, it would damage easily.

Minor downside

Was hoping to be able to quit hauling around my laptop power supply.

For the pass through charging feature to work you will need to use a power supply with enough wattage to charge your computer and your computer will need to support power through the USB-C port. Great option if you need a larger screen.

Great for travel with laptop
