Great USB-C Dual HDMI Mini dock!

This mini dock helped me to connect my second monitor because I was not able to use the j5create USB-C Triple Display Docking Station because my laptop did not support the DisplayPort Alt Mode. All the connections held fine in the ports.

Good to hear that the JCD381 is working well and isn’t causing any issues. This adapter is easy to set up and use, but it does require a driver to be installed. Some operating systems may automatically install the driver.

It's fine, but there are either better options

My computer won't accept both mknitor inputs coming from this unit, but so far unable to confirm if its my laptop or this adapter itself.

Posted .Proper functionality entails downloading and installing a driver on a Windows or Mac platform. Depending on the OS you have, different instructions apply. Drivers are located on j5create website under the "Support" tab.
Heats quickly and sometime hangs
