Not compatible

Posted .This model does not include a DisplayPort (DP) connection, it’s designed specifically with dual HDMI outputs for broad compatibility and convenience.
Good, but audio

Posted .In the case where the JCD381 is detecting as a speaker, this may be because the audio output needs to be adjusted correctly within the playback settings (HDMI provides both video and audio thus potentially being the root of the problem here). If you wish, technical support can be obtained by contacting support on the casing and a representative will be more than happy to further assist in properly getting your JCD381 working correctly. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

USB Docking

The ability to display on 2 different HDMI monitors is a feature not commonly found in a docking station for a laptop. The ability to extent the ldesktop screen is valuable tool, the added wired network connect is excellent for gaming. The Standard USB port work at the speed of a USB-C port.

I did not read the box description close enough. The device only supports 1 x 4K the second HDMI is limited. 2. Posted .Easily add a 4K or two 2K displays via HDMI. We recommend that you disable a feature regarded as "hardware acceleration" within the affected programs. Hardware acceleration is a setting that will attempt to place a workload onto the hardware of the computer to help with the processing of specific applications. The effects of hardware acceleration may cause for applications to become moderately sluggish, graphically distorted, or completely unresponsive.

Works for everything but connecting a monitor

Not Plug & Play for Mac

Asked me to install drivers, other software, and when it eventually worked for my mouse, 3 other ports still did not work.

Great device - but Doesn’t support updated Macs

Thr perfect hub for dual HDMI monitors

(This is so much cleaner than the setup I had with a desktop computer.) Thanks to Best Buy for the recommendation.
