Don't waste your money

NO help could be found other than to uninstall the driver and re-install. Tried this multiple times DOES NOT WORK.

Posted .The USB-C Dual HDMI Mini Dock drivers will not work on IOS devices. The drivers are meant for Windows and macOS computers. You will need to go with Plug n Play devices that require no drivers such as JCD612, JTS224 are some examples.

Functional but weak.

I am constantly having power problems. As a consequence, I need to disconnect the additional screens and simply use my laptop.

Posted .The USB-C power-in port on the Mini Dock supports up to 60W that will provide pass-through charge and additional power to the USB ports. However, computers must support USB Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0. (USB 3.0 is recommended). Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device. Thank you.

But I’ve had it less than two weeks and it’s already stopped working. I will definitely be returning this.

The driver must be installed from our website in order for the mini dock to function. I’m glad that you are satisfied with the USB-C mini docking station. It does not require a separate power supply. However if your computer can be charged through a USB-C port you can connect a USB-C charger to the dock to power your laptop. I hope that you have a great day.
