It worked perfectly at first but now it won’t stay connected to my MacBook. It will connect then disconnect and connect again. I hardly move the cord and only plug it up to my laptop when I am at a desk.

Posted .Reset the networking hardware, i.e. power-cycle the modem, router. Power-off your networking hardware for approximately 30 seconds then power it back on. Cross-test the device with another Ethernet cable, or connect the Ethernet cable into another RJ45 port on the networking hardware. Posted .CMBz, thank you for your review on the mini dock. Windows and Mac users looking to augment HDMI displays, Ethernet supporting up to 1 gigabyte speeds along with USB ports for peripherals can easily do so with the JCD381.

When using one 4K monitor with the JCD381 you will be able to get the full resolution output. However you will be limited to 1080p when using two monitors with the dock. We appreciate your feedback.
