The device works well with a wireless keyboard/mouse. When you plug a keyboard or mouse inside the device, it freezes. I would advice to use only wireless keyboard/mouse with their dongle plugged into the device.

Works as needed helps a lot in my wife’s office so she can split her monitors.

this device worked OK but did not fulfill the needs of what I needed to do on a MacBook air 13 for dual screen.

This product is small and functionally. I really love the multiple ports. It fits on a small or crowded desk without taking much space. Great product, I would recommend.

This is a simple way to add two monitors to a laptop. Very easy to plug and play. I like the compact size as it saves space on my desktop.

Work as described, my Surface book 2 recognizes 2 additional monitors well, down side is lacking card slot but I don't need it. There are only 2 USB ports but enough for me. I personally don't want more than I need so this one is suitable. Other brands I used before failed to recognize the second monitor connected to hdmi port after few weeks. Not sure how long the current one last, if it fails like others I will update and of course some stars will fly away ...

Much needed device for multiple screens and ease of using differnt desks

I needed to create a docking station at home and am not by any means a tech expert. This product worked perfectly!

This unit is small and works well. I have had no connection issues. Highly recommend. I needed this unit to connect laptop with two monitors. Helpful and great accessory for me.

Would have given it 5 stars if I didn't have to buy a second one after the 1st stopped working a few months in. Very handy and useful for my WFH setup and occasional work trips.

I thought the price tag was a little high, but it has handled multiple displays better than my last mini dock. Just make sure to download the driver for optimal performance.

I had initially purchased the USB 3.0 Mini Docking Station from J5create but that docking station only had one HD input in an HDMI port which caused one screen to be HD and the other SD and really messed with my eyes. Found this USB Type-C Dual HDMI Mini Docking Station also from J5create and it solved the issue by allowing for two HD screens to be used. NOTE: Make sure your laptop has USB Type-C ports which can also be called USB Type-C Lightning Ports on a Mac. The Dual Screen function works on my Dell work laptop, but haven't quite figured out how to make it work on my Macbook just yet.

Product works well enough, Although a little expensive for basic functionality. I have owned this for a while, and it has spent most of it's life in the drawer. At first it seemed useful, but all ports are limited in some way. Mostly last-gen or older specs on all ports especially power pass-through. If you are ok with that, then this product is for you. Also does not work with android. But if you are like me, this thing will get relegated to the junk drawer. So I would suggest shopping for something full featured.

Pretty good sometimes resets the display setting and i need to reconfigure. Works with apple other than the resetting when hooking up to monitors

Very convenient and easy to use. Good for transferring laptop quickly between desktop setup and portable.

Works perfectly for my home work station and has just the right amount of ports. Easy to install. Fortunately, my laptop has HDMI Mini.
