Great Little Hub with plenty of ports

I use a lap top for work and need to buy a hub that had two HDMI ports for my two monitors. After updating the driver, the hub worked instantly. Super glad I bought this.

Does not work with MacBook Pro M2 (regular chip). Won’t work with most employer provided laptops unless your company allows driver downloads.

Works great for 19 MacBook Pro Intel Core i7

Works like a charm. You can also charge your laptop by connecting the power source to the docking station. No issues with USBs either. Have not tried the ethernet port, no use for it.

Waste of $100.00 which in this day and age I cannot afford to have lost! I bought this with my new laptop because my new laptop didn't have enough portals. Specifically I needed to be able to have an HDMI connection to my separate large screen monitor. I've noticed the docking station to be a bit too warm for my desire. Now the HDMI connection on this docking station has gone bad in less than 3 months of use!! I know to be a fact because I connected my big screen monitor to the HDMI connection on my older computer and the big screen monitor works fine.

So I returned it for a proper docking station with USB-C power input and pass through.

Posted .Hello, the JCD381 is bus powered by the computer and when connected it will provide the user with up to two additional HDMI monitors; one up to 4k and the other up to 2k resolutions.
