Make sure you install drivers before connecting to computer. We are using in our worship center. Connected to a MacBook Pro 16" and we are outputting to a TV, Projector and LiveStream

Multiple monitor setup

Just be sure that the laptop is compatible with hdmi to the port on your monitor or the laptop won’t recognize your monitors.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It does what it's supposed to but I have only had this for an afternoon and it's already getting super warm(I am only running one HDMI out of it). Also understand that this will only project 1920x1080 and for some reason the display isn't that great running through this piece. I know the monitor I have it connected too has a much better image than what I am seeing. This is a good item for those that aren't looking for the best picture quality but want to just have multiple monitors. I am returning this item to get a hdmi to type c wire to connect my display that way.

Posted .Hello, we're sorry to hear the Adapter did not function correctly. Proper functionality entails downloading and installing a driver on a Windows or Mac platform and connecting a HDMI to HDMI cables, no other conversions. We apologize for the inconvenience.
