    helps alleviate the limit of ports. I use it to connect to projector in class so I can project from my laptop and add a converter for a nine pin. would be nice if it had a nine pin port

    Very versatile. Love the cable connection as supposed to a fixed USB-C male connection. So far haven’t had any connection or download issues. It does get hot, however, when connected to a charging device.

      Good Afternoon jdamon, we sincerely apologize the JCDP392 device did not meet your expectations. The JCDP392 requires DP alt-mode in order to provide display via the HDMI port, if the PC does not support such feature, unfortunately it would not provide display. In such case, we recommend the JCD381 instead as with the driver installation, it will provide you with two HDMI monitor ports, an Ethernet connection and USB Type-A ports for mice, keyboards, web cameras, flash drives.
