I was always hesitant to buy another Bluetooth earpiece, but I was desperate because of how inconvenient having my phone to my ear was at the time. I eventually decided to purchase this item (that was in November 2017), and this was a great decision. The earpiece still works with a steady connection. My voice during calls are clear and audible, even when I whisper, which is impressive. The sound is clear with no crackle (something I would always experience with other Bluetooth hearing accessories), and the battery life is not an issue. This is probably one of the best inexpensive Bluetooth devices that I enjoy using to this day.

Got this bluetooth to replace one that I thought wasn't working very well and I was shocked to find out that this one is super amazing compared to the other. It has a great battery life and doesn't hurt my ear like the other one did. I would most def recommend to anyone looking for an affordable bluetooth headset.

got a new phone Samsung s 5 decided needed a blue tooth to go with it. didn't want to spend a lot of money. found this one on sale for lower then 20.00 dollars. had it does the trick. volume is great. can wera all day. comes with 2 hooks and two ear pads. can stream music. it,s audio is great. calls are realy clear.

Very good for the price. No connection issues and the sound quality on phone calls is more than acceptable. Not necessarily good for listening to music though.

I love bluetooth devices.. It's a great starter Bluetooth device for novice users... I Like it but if your looking for a better device with more to do with it, this wouldn't be it.

This lil device is action packed love the fact that the media plays thru it it also voice prompts you when connected lightweight and versatile with contoured earpiece for comfort

While this is a very no frills kind of earpiece, for someone who's not looking for anything super fancy, it does the job. Not to mention that the battery life is excellent.

Lightweight, easy setup and inconspicuous. Only bad thing is I have intermittent drop-outs/scratchy audio when listening to music if device is not line-of-sight to earpiece

Overall, I like the bluetooth. I have a bit of trouble with the cover staying on the earpiece, but not enough to complain. I had forgotten how much I missed having one.

I purchased this for my mom. It is very easy to pair, and easy to use. She is enjoying it so far. If I can catch it on sale, I may purchase a few more to keep as backups.

Works great, can hear well and they can hear me well, but it cuts out a lot for no reason and the call goes back to my phone without any notice and is charged, kinda annoying.

got I for a friend who doesn't like earphones getting caught on everything. now he can talk hands free with everyone. he says it's clear sounding and feels great.

Just got my Iphone 6s Plus and decided to go to BB store and bought this Jabra Bluetooth Headset for total amount of $32.65 (did not want to spend to much money-cheapest one in the store) and to my surprise the headset really works well (easy to set up/all functions are simple & easy, nothing complicated) and was also able to connect to my other cell phone aside from my Iphone. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the money I spent on this item...simple, reliable and does the job !!!

This is my first blue tooth and I thought for the price it was not going to have a good quality but I hear everything and the person I am speaking with hears me clearly

The headset was easy to setup and fits comfortably. No major bells and whistles, just a nice simple headset to handle calls and for use with other hands-free apps.

I like the sound quality a lot but I find it gets uncomfortable if it’s in my ear for too long. Good thing is that it can be used on either ear
