This is the first bluetooth headset I have owned. Even though it is inexpensive (compared to other headsets) it has met all of my expectations. The sound quality is good; nobody ever has trouble hearing me during phone conversations.

When I first purchased this product, it lacked some of the features which it now contains, including allowing me to listen to content on my smartphone with it, and hear all of the alerts, which the other unit did not. I can also hear my alarms, the volume is louder, to the point where I have to turn it down, and it verbally informs me when the battery is getting weak, which the original did not. It fits snugly to my ear, unlike the earlier version of the product. It also costs more than $10 less than the original product, which I acquired at the phone store.

I am always on the road but needing to talk on the phone. This Bluetooth does everything the more expensive ones do. Easy set up/pairing and works great, good hands free device. Like the product so much In fact, I have bought one for my wife.

Super Easy to use, Interchangeable ear buds would be better for comfort of the user and a very cool app is also available

Very good sound and mic quality. Uncomfortable in the ears at first but does better after you have used them for a few days.

Jabra product is basic, but functional. Quality built & decent sound quality but no bells and whistles. Good for the price.
