I have tried a lot of bluetooth and found the jabra has been the best.

Clear sound it's not bulky in size. Please know if does not give the telephone number of the person calling you.

I had been using another brand of Bluetooth earpiece to talk on my work cell phone and the earpiece would lose connection with my caller and I would be talking to dead air and then they would be back again and wouldn't have heard anything I had said. This is beyond frustrating since it is my work phone. I went in and talked with an associate at Best Buy looking for something that would 1) not lose connection and 2) could be worn over the ear (not in the ear as all of the new bluetooth devices are becoming). The associate told me he had always used the Jabra and everyone he had ever talked to that owned one loved it. I was a bit surprised because this earpiece is under $30. What??? The earpieces I have been purchasing that don't work well have been over $125. He said it had to do with the actual Bluetooth frequency He said most Bluetooth operates at a 3.50 frequency which allows all manner of interference from all the other wireless devices in the area which causes the Bluetooth to lose connection. He said Jabra runs at a 4.0 and doesn't have the same issues with interference. I have to say he was right. I have been using this new Bluetooth earpiece for a week and I have not had any lost connection. The ONLY negative that I have with it is the fact that you have to reconnect it manually when you turn it on. Otherwise, it has been great! If you use your Bluetooth for work phone calls and you are frustrated with the lost connections while on the call, this might be the answer for you. It is small and it is very inexpensive.

Tha earpiece is very easy to connect . Turning it on is simple to use is also very easy . One touch and your talking . Touch again and you are diconnected. Perfect for driving makes life easier. The battery life is long so you have no problems.

This is not a fancy bluetooth , but very very effective and easy to use blue tooth, with very good battery life.

I really liked how comfortable the earpiece is and I really like the feature to auto text if you are driving. The battery is long lasting and you can hear and talk with ease on this bluetooth headset. I would highly recommend it.

I had purchased this same item years ago. After I lost it, I decided to buy the same one again. I find that the ear piece on this "newer" one doesn't stay in my ear as well as my old one. I still like the item.
