This bluetooth earpiece turned out to be better than I expected. I haven't figured out how to have it announce callers, but, overall it is a good device.

Good bluetooth headset for the money. Small, light, and easy to use.

I love this ear piece. It has a great range and long battery life. The sound quality is good. I would recommend this if are looking for a inexpensive ear piece.

I listen to internet radio and use bluetooth so as to not disturb others. This headset was easy to use and works well except in my 1999 Lexus SUV. The road noise overcomes the volume. This is typical, though, of most headsets. Must be an EU or Osha rule to protect us from ourselves. Too bad there is no similar volume reduction for TV commercials!

System is light and works very well in the car and machine room. Glad I got it.

When I turn the device on the voice does not say how much time remains on the battery. Other brands I've used do say this when initially turning it on.

Inexpensive and lightweight, snug fitting with easy access.

Great device for hands free when driving. I'm a little hard on it when not wearing it. Cram in into my purse, but no issues. So comfortable I sometimes forget I have it on. Got it on sale so it was a great deal too. I did attach a piece of shungite to it to mitigate the EMF.

good bluetooth device for the money. i ocasionally press the answer/end button by accident when adjusting or putting the device on

I like that the sound is clear and the headpiece is light weight.

Bought for myself, because my old headset would not charge any longer. I love the feel of the Jabra, it's light weight and the battery last what seems forever.

My only complaint is that this Bluetooth earpiece periodically looses and reconnects with the phone even though the earpiece remains in my ear and the phone remains in my pocket. The reason I purchased this is because the sound level on my old Motorola earpiece was slowly diminishing. This new Jabra earpiece is very clear and offers excellent sound reproduction.

I was surprised that it work on my old cell phone. I purchased the Jabra - Classic Bluetooth Headset - Black because my original bluetooth had broken and I needed a replacement. I bought it because it said "universal" and prayed it would work and it did. I'm very satisfied!

Bought r his for my boyfriend for while he is at work. It works really great for him to talk text or listen to music. Its still cheap enough to replace of anything happens to it. Great product great price!

I had no problems with the bluetooth itself, but I had a hard time getting it to fit my ear. It was frustrating, but eventually I got it to work.

I like the earpiece it serves its purpose, driving without holding the phone however it tends to disconnect when in the middle of a call frequently.

I liked this as a replacement for my plantronics that was a few years old. Very easy to set up and price was affordable. I'd suggest it to friends.
