This is my first wireless bt head set and fit into my ear very comfortably. Android users must install both service and Jabra Assisst apps in order to complete access of full benefits. Volume controls and on/off switch are easy to reach and answering for the call could be enabled by with one tap on the device while two taps will redial the last number. Why spend more money unless its worth it to you to look cool? On the bad side I would not recommend this for music lovers.

Works great & the price is right. Perfect when you're driving & need to answer a call or when you're grocery shopping & need to call home for clues. Not a replacement for earbuds for music but fine for phone calls.

The Jabra Bluetooth headset is great for the price, convenience, and features. Ease of use, convenient to put on/take off, the on/off button is easy to access. Makes talking on the cell phone so much easier without having to double check if it's on/off or connected. Love my headset.

This is a good headset for the normal person to use. It's light weight and feels good on the ear. I have no negative comments about this device. I like the fact that you can connect 2 phones or Bluetooth devices at the same time. I also like being able to hear my music through the earpiece.

The staff helped us understand the different types of TVs and what would work best for us.

Sounds great! Great battery life! I purchased two of them. Don't waste your money on more expensive ear pieces.

If you just need a hands free quick Bluetooth then this is the option.

No issues or complaints. I wish there was a way to find out how much battery life it has when its in use

As I age, my hearing continues to need additional help. Jabra has the help I need, at least for now!
