Good tone and it stays on

This works just fine for me though. It has a tone that is quite acceptable as well. I use it only for phone. But another user might want a more sophisticated one for music, though. This is a very good bargain. Lose it? Not a big enough deal to cry over. This is my second one. A very good value.

Reception problems

I would be on a call, and suddenly lose connection with the caller. I could hear them but they couldn't hear me. Had to disconnect the headset every time so they could hear me.
