It filled the need to drive without handling phone. I would like greater volumn, though it is audible easy to control.

This dongle fits in the ear quite well. My only complaint is that it is too sensitive to touch. Any attempt to adjust it in my ear results in call disconnect.

I exchanged my other bluetooth3 times that was a Motorola because it kept breaking. This one has held up well.

The design is simple and it's easy to use. As with every headset, the unit doesn't fit well in my ear, however, this one is better than others I've tried. It's good for the money.

I love this item so much this is my second one. First one lasted about two years and I use it hard every day.

Needed an earpiece to drive across the country and this works just fine. Not completely noise canceling, but much clearer than the other pieces that I've had.

I pick it up for my sister. She lost the one I got her will fishing. She missed it so much she wanted a new one.

Being background deaf (i.e. if there is background noise I have a hard time hearing conversations). This helps and would have been 5* if it would go just a tad louder.

I am using this product for a while now & no issues so far. The call quality is nice. The bluetooth range is also pretty good. Liked this product for the price.

Not a bad earpiece. Should have spent a little more. I liked my old plantronics better. It told me the level if the battery when I turned it on. Wish this one did that. Sound quity is OK. Overall an average ear piece.

Love the quality of the sound so no issues with item other than they give You two different size pieces to go around your ear and neither work well for me!

This is your basic Bluetooth ear piece but considering what it cost I must say it's a great vale for the money. The audio and range is great for your everyday use.

I bought this earpiece because I do not like to have my phone in my hand driving or holding up to my ear. I saw this Jabra on sale for $20.00 and I have used Jabra products before. So I purchased two, one to keep as a spare. I have no problems with this product....it's small and projects my voice well. Best product and I would buy this one again.

This is my third of the Jabra Classic, all bought as replacements for a lost or misplaced device. They work great, pair easily with a phone, tablet or computer. Has excellent range and crystal clear volume. An added bonus for me is the on and off switch, I would definitely recommend this headset.

The Bluetooth is well constructed and offers good sound reception. Calls are clear and never lose connection between devices. Overall a decent Bluetooth earpiece for the price.

This is the second one I have owned. The first one still works after 6 years but I kept misplacing it so I bought one to keep in the car. It is not overly intrusive visually and so light I never notice it's there until I get a call.

Had to quickly replace my Bluetooth...this was a great deal...works better then some more expensive models....

I love the thin hook for the ear. Not bulky at all like other Bluetooths that are out there on the market.

Good and easy to set up and use, only flaw is the piece that fits in your ear after awhile my ear was a little sore, better if rest on outside of ear.
