My wife has been using this headset since 11/19 and they have been critical since the pandemic lock down. Working from home she's been able to use them all day for personal and business calls. Daily she runs outside in the Florida heat 3-5 miles a day nearly every day. I can attest to great call volume and good sound for music. One minor drawback is during calls it picks up other noises. Pros: Battery life, durability and being sweat/rain proof Cons: can pickup ambient noise when on calls

These headphone has great quality sound especially base but it bothers my ears sometimes when I’m working out and want stay in.

Dosen't stay on my neck very well, if I'm driving it will slide down my back. Not as comfortable in my ear as other types. Sound is great and the battery lasts all day long.

The sound quality is good. The battery life is excellent 3 day's with out charging. It has also gotten wet couple of times no issues. I gave 3 stars because of the design. With all the weight in the back it concentently falls to the back. You will have to pull it back up a lot. Other than that works great.

If you’re sick of your Bluetooth headphones dying part way through the day, then try this product. I haven’t yet seen the product run out of battery life (charging at night, of course). The way the headphones just hang on your chest is at first a bit annoying, but you soon can get passed that. I’ve dropped mine a few times (accidentally) and they still work great. The earbuds fit well in the ear and feel fine after prolonged use.

I like that everyone can hear me clear during phone calls! I switched to this Bluetooth from another, and no one complained about the sound. i also love the fact that it's water resistant. I can run outside in any weather condition and also during exercise.

Ok so ive haf these for about a month now. And they're simply amazing. Calls sound great, not noise cancelling but calls are clear and background noise is little to nothing. Music sounds great, battery life is amazing. Only downfall is they fall off my neck alot. And they have been adjusted but thats something small overall its an amazing product

Excellent product! 4 days on 1 charge for just phone calls or 2 full days listening to music and some phone calls(weekends). Recharging is very simple and fast. Sound is clear even in noisy environments. Very comfortable to wear, i wear mine all day long. Really enjoy the fact that they answer the call when you separate the earbuds.

Originally got these for my wife, but she didn’t like that the cords hung so low on her when not in her ears, and they hurt her ears inside. I decided to try them for strictly my music listening, and had trouble with them hurting some also. I found some unused ear pieces from an old set, and they fit and give me no pain anymore. They sound great for music, but tend to give a person on the phone some background noise. They will slide back off your neck sometimes, but it’s not bad. Sound GREAT for music.

Loved this headset and used it for about a year. I took it back under warranty because the piece where the play button sits on started bending off the headset itself and would pinch my neck if I pressed the play button too hard. Really sucks because I loved this headset. Lasts all day, audio is great, mic is great. The voice assistant wasn't perfect like other headsets I've had but it could be I didn't set it up correctly.

Great sound but if you do any type of movement the neck pisce slides out

Pros music quality is real good and good bass medium ear tips fit better in my ears better like from its magnetic and you don't have touch your phone to answer or end call. con head phone falls out your ears with lots of movement. does not stay around your neck unless u have on hoodie or jacket. cushion tip falls off headphone.

Love these. Looking for something that has a long battery life, is comfortable, and has decent sound. I fly several times a week and these are perfect. Battery seems to last forever! The sound quality on calls is excellent. Callers can not hear background noise (especially useful when trying to talk in busy airport)

My favorite thing about these are the battery life. I use them everyday (mostly for talking) and I only charge them about once maybe twice a week!

They are very comfortable and have a great battery life....but with that said...I have a minor bit of hearing trouble and the volume level of these are a bit lacking. I have had several sets of JBL and even cheaper skullcandy ones that are much better in louder environments. I can't quite hear these around noisy areas.

The sound is decent as is the battery life, but the design causes them to slide off the back of your neck unless you’re wearing a collared shirt.

As someone who works out almost every day I was looking for a pair that wouldn't fall off my neck when laying down. The adjustable band is awesome for this. It stays clamped around my neck and doesn't fall off and pull the buds out with it. Battery life is exceptional. Ear buds are comfortable enough, although not the best. The only real downside is they just aren't loud enough for a gym environment so ultimately will be returning them

I got these to wear while exercising and to listen to white noise at night. The battery life is quite good, and it fully charges within a couple hours. It comes with three sizes of ear buds. The music sound is average. I had a problem pairing this with the Bluetooth of my tablet. I put in a chat request to Jabra and 2 days later received a response from Mikayla saying this device is only intended to pair with phones, not tablets which is not described anywhere on the box. Working with Geek Squad I was able to get it paired to my Samsung tablet. I am very disappointed with Jabra tech support.
