I purchased this for my husband since he is always on the phone everyday and night. So far there is no bad comment about this it's easy to use and it's durable too, most specially the sound is clear, there is no static.

I do like these and even though they come with different size ear pieces, they still fall out of my ears. Also, not always great to use when working out it hangs around your neck and then falls out of place. Otherwise, they do sound good.

This headset is great with music and with a great battery life. However, voice calls are horrendous usually paired with an overly loud screeching sound from just talking or background noise, ive found most jabras ive owned have had that issue.
Pros: great battery life, great sound quality when playing music
Cons: easily warps the voice quality, randomly diconnects from phone

Battery life is great. Music quality is great. I get lots of digital garbled sounds using it as a phone headset. switching back to phone - no problem. I went back to my old Bluetooth ear piece for phone. I had hoped this would be more multi-purpose.

I bought these as a replacement for my Samsung Level U headphones. These have a much better sound quality, the battery lasts longer and they are more comfortable in my ears. I highly recommend.

These headphones do sound great, and I really do like the ability to mute on the fly with an added button on the side. But the comfort of the given earbuds aren't very comfortable at all. Always hard to find a comfortable spot since they are oval shaped vs round. and the sizes that come with them don't seem to help much either.

I did not like the fact on how the ear bud part of headphone just hang, however, the battery life and the sound quality are awesome, not to mention very durable.

For $80 headphones, I believe these are overpriced. I used to have a pair of LG Hbs-750 headphones that worked and sounded amazing. These headphone are only audible once you put the volume at its maximum capacity. I hear the echo in my voice and of the noise of my environment while on phone calls. Spotify would also need to be reset when I would press pause on the headphones. Bluetooth connectivity would also lag. For $80 I don’t think this is worth the price. Got these on sale for almost half the price but still isn’t worth it. It’s been 6 days and I’m not returning these. Spend your money on SONY, Skullcandy or the Bose brands instead.

By far the best blue tooth range and battery life of any headset I have owned. The audio quality is great with nice highs and lows.
Maximum Volume seems a bit low but suitable for most uses.

As a train commuter, I hated how my headphones got tangled up in my back pack and how it "tickled" my neck. I saw wireless as a way to get passed both these issues. When working, the Jabra headphones have great sound and the connection stays strong. However, as my train is moving along - establishing a connection is hard. I have to make at least three attempts before I get connected. Also, though the neck wrap is supposedly designed to stay where it is supposed to be - in reality, it is constantly slipping off my neck and falling behind me. This sometimes yanks the earphones our of my ears. I don't see how they can market it to athletes. When I simply jog a bit as I'm heading for the subway, it falls back off my neck. I can't imagine how a runner or exerciser would fair. I can't recommend it for those looking for headphones for a sports workout. It just won't stay around your neck.

The sound is good however I don't like the ear bud itself. It does not fit comfortably in my ears. Also, the power/play button is not easy to use.

Headset was purchased to connect to a two way radio for work purposes.
Audio is crisp and clear, and I have never had a complaint when speaking whether on the radio or cellphone. Bluetooth connects each and every time.
The only draw back is the ear bud cushions can get caught on back packs, tool bags and seat belts and be yanked off pretty easily. It comes with extras and just about any cushion seems to fit. I was lucky to find the cushion almost all of the time. I havent needed to buy any extra but I should if they sell them.

For a Jabra product, this one didn't fit the bill. First, the ear pods awkwardly pop out randomly. The Bluetooth on this repeatedly disconnects with no known consistency and the product is just flimsy.

These buds are a good alternative to some of the cheaper but discontinued "wired" wireless sets. Easy to pair, and good sound at still a lower price than most of the newer "true wireless" alternatives. I got them to replace a Skullcandy set. Not quite as comfortable as they are a tad bulkier, but you can't have it all.
I prefer the sound of the Skullcandy to these. They are now mainly a back up as I use Samsung Buds+ now for daily use.
