I loved the sound quality, however the headphones kept falling off my neck. This happened three times within an hour and I became very disappointed.

The neck portion will not stay put. Constantly slipping down my back. I have to tuck inside my collar. Volume is very load. Sounds good however

Finding the best balance of in ear headphones is always a compromise. This time I got solid quality and great battery life. I lost sound. Very tinny sounding and overall low volume as well. I have hearing loss and these make me tend to try to turn up the volume when they are at max. Also, not a fan of the shape of the ear buds

Best Buy Price Matched this item to Amazon for me so I got a great deal on these headphones. I like the Jabra app and service as they bring functionality I thought I would miss, coming from my LGs. Nope, these work great, the ear buds magnetize to one another which makes up for the lack of retraction. Good standby, listen, and talk time per charge.

They have a great quality of sound. A battery for many days.

Great sound but the holding neck part keeps on falling of my neck

Had to return, as smallest earpieces would not fit into my ears and I am an adult. Sound was good, but couldn't keep earbuds in to hear.

Not loud enough and weight is not evenly distributed. Keeps on sliding down the back of my neck. Have to constantly adjust them.

These headphones really have a great sound with all different types of music. The only issue I have that was my mistake is that I can usually only use them for one ear. So the other ear pod just hangs and gets in my way at work. I kept them and still use them because of the quality and fitting to my ears.

I really like how strong the earphone cords are the battery lasts about 16 hours. Sound is great and music doesn’t cut off which was one of the problems I had with my previous sony bluetooth headphones. A bit pricy but it’s very well built.

This isna perfect option if you cant use wired phones... the sound is amazing

This is my first pair of wireless headphones so I don't have anything to compare it to, however I Love the convenience of having my earbud readily available without wires getting tangled. Excellent sound quality, comfortable on the neck. The ear piece takes some adjusting but once you do it's good.

This ear buds have a long charge that I can go 2 to 3 days without charging

Best asset- hangs around neck and won’t get lost. Calls and audiobooks are clear. Easy to adjust volume. Charge lasts a long time. Had to use smallest earplugs so glad they provided different sizes.

The sound quality is average at best. I don't like the design of them and the Bluetooth is very slow to connect. It's like that with multiple devices I use and even after it connects it will cut in and out multiple times before finally stabilizing. I would pay $20 at most for these headphones. I truly regret buying these because I lost my receipt so I can't return them.

I've had 4 headsets of this particular type of design in the last 4 years the best one I've ever had is the LG version which was the first version I had the rest scene too flimsy including this one too prone to static one sweat drips in the ear plugs very annoying if you have long hair how the courts get tangled and the volume is not worth it. At the time of purchase it what's not worth even half of what I paid for it in my opinion

Great headset, the battery will last 16 hours so I get at least 2 days use out of it before needing to charge it. The sound is good. The only downside is the part that sits on your neck slides off a lot other than that works great.
