Quality sound is great. I run with it. It’s a little difficult as it bounces around my neck. Doesn’t make that good of a running headphones but I love the sound. Wireless is better.

The 1 thing I purchased for was noise cancellation, however people still complain of background noise when i'm in a data center. Ergonomics just plain bite, there's more weight in the back of the horse collar which tends to make these fall off my neck if i'm not paying attention. When i'm driving in my car I can never feel the the ring vibration which causes me to miss calls.

It’s good for activities such as biking or walking but maybe not running. The price makes the drawbacks matter less. Overall not bad compared to AirPod type earbuds because I’m not too worried about dropping them at your inopportune moments.

They fit comfortably in my ear & have different size buds. They are very sturdy around my neck. The quality of the sound is horrible. No bass & it’s not crisp & clear. It’s hard to hear with just one bud in with the volume all the way up. The battery life is great. I’ve gotten better sound quality from cheapies. I plan to return this head set.

Buds alone just don't work for me, I needed more of a selection including wings. Upgraded to the 45e and very happy.
