The ear pieces fall out while walking quite a bit, I used the smallest ones. Perhaps an issue for me only. Sound quality is pretty good. Turning the headphones on and off is a pain for me. (no light) Price was right so purchased. I also had the 65e which are better quality.

However, manages to slip off my neck somehow. I would always catch it or be aware it’s slipping off except this past Monday that it slipped off permanently. Can’t find it.

Outstanding headphones that do everything you will need. I prefer the spring loaded ear pieces but these are pretty good. High quality.

I primarily use these headphones at work and have them connected with my phone via bluetooth. The earbuds themselves fit comfortably in my ears, and the back of the neck piece fits well enough behind my neck. The battery for this product is fairly long which is quite nice, my first charge lasted me over two weeks (not using it daily). The earbuds are also magnetic and will cling to each other when not in use when resting on your chest or desk. Overall, a great product for the price.

Love this. The rubber around the part you put in your ear makes it very comfortable for me. The battery lasts for ever.

I use earbuds for two purposes. Talking on the phone and listening to music are why I need earbuds. The call quality on these has diminished quickly (just a couple of months) . Several people have thought that I was no longer on the phone because the earbuds would cut out. As soon as I would turn off bluetooth and talk directly into my phone (Samsung Note 8) everything was crystal clear to the person to whom I was speaking. I'm going to return these and find something better. With regard to sound quality for music they sound really good but that is not good enough. I need to be able to reliably talk on the phone without quality issues.

Since this is my first wireless-in-the ear headphone, I am still learning how it connects with my phone wirelessly. The sound quality is fantastic, however.

Great product actually purchased 2, another for my family member but I deliver for a living. Headphones would get caught in handtrucks or while I’m driving. No bueno

Amazing battery life!!!! No problem connecting with Bluetooth. Great Bluetooth range. Sound quality is not the best, and not very comfortable or my only complaints.

These have a great battery life and sound quality. The speaker picks up a lot of ambient noise when on the phone.

These headphones provide great sound, but I wish they were better at noise reduction, salesman thought they might be noise canceling. But other than that I love them.

these 25e have 18hr charge, can go days without charging. Clear sound for telephone and music.

Good headphones. Pretty loud. Battery lasts about 20 hours . Only downside is the buds . If you loose one you’ll have a hard time replacing them. I don’t like them sitting on my neck or should I say swimming on my neck.

Bought these to use on a bike ride. Way too much wind got in and I couldn’t hear the music at all. That being said the sound quality is excellent.

Wasn’t impressed by the volume on these. They are comfortable and provide quality sound but are not loud enough to drown out ambient sounds around you. Ended up exchanging them for another brand.

Great reception and clarity, but I've been through 3 sets of ear buds. Doesn't take much to knock them off then you can't put them back in your ear without the rubber piece. Other than that I would have given them 5 stars.

Good quality sound. I wish they were retractable, the magnetic feature does not seem to work as good as it should.
