No matter what I try. Everything else sounds fine from the phone, except voicemail and phone calls. Returned.

I personally don't like too much noise cancelling and prefer to listen to music and also hear my surroundings. The ambient sound is a bit wierd but doesn't feel natural. Overall, the sound quality is amazing.

The control options are maybe a bit much. While I appreciate how much control they give the user, there is absolutely no way that I'll remember how to do half of the controls without having to look them up. Still looking for the best fit with the ear gels.

I'm pleased to say these are a great purchase and have used them with no issue. They come with different tips for size adjustment. They sound great, and the microphone detection is flawless. I have made calls and from what I learned, my voice sounds clear. Definitely a great purchase. I feel silly for not buying them before!
