Build Quality and Design - 5/5 These feel premium and look premium. The fit and the look are fantastic. I previously had a pair of AirPods Pro which I lost and then I bought some Beats Studio Buds, but was not completely happy with the feel, look or sound. These are probably in par with the AirPods Pro and definitely better than the Beats Studio Buds (sorry Beats, I love my Solo Pros, but the Studio Buds need work!) Battery Life - 5/5 7 hours of play time plus three additional charges is sufficient for me. The charging is also fast. The case is super slim as well which makes these super portable. Fit & Comfort - 5/5 My favorite part of these headphones! They are sooo comfortable. I sometimes sleep with music or white noise, and these do not give me any issues when I turn my head or sleep on my side. I also took these on a run and they stayed in place. I am using the default tips as they work for me. Jabra App - 4/5 The app is nice and simple. I like that it has set modes you can use. I wish it was more customizable, but the app works and I use 2 or 3 of the modes offered. Microphone - N/A I don't use my headphones to make phone calls. I prefer to speak with the actual phone microphone and speakers. Sound Quality - 5/5 This is where I am super impressed. I love how these sounds. From hip-hop to Latin rock, these sound great. I feel a bit of bass, hear the highs, the mids, and the lows. I clearly hear the song and it just adds to the hearing experience. Bravo Jabra! These are only $100 and I don't know how, but you have a new fan!

Customer Service is horrible!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These worked for what I needed while they lasted, but right at the one year mark, they stopped working. Jabra is not cooperative in sending new earbuds and requires me to go through many steps just to get a ticket started. If you don’t want to risk dealing with bad customer service, try another brand like Sony or JBL. The others have better sound anyway, I just liked how small the elite 3s are.

A little too echoing with both buds in but works great with one in. Distance for me has actually been more than the 30 ft they mention. Other people have mentioned that my voice with the ear buds is not as good as a wired headset but still pretty decent.
