Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the Elite 3 True Wireless In-Ear Headphones for their exceptional sound quality, long battery life, and comfortable fit. Many users appreciate the great sound and noise cancellation, while others find the earbuds comfortable to wear for extended periods. The affordable price point is also a positive factor for many customers. However, some users have experienced connectivity issues, such as only one ear connecting at times, and a few have found the volume to be lacking at its highest setting.

Don’t do it, unless you need it for music.

They are ok for listening to music but these suck to have conversations with. They are not reliable, there’s an internal function that powers off the ear buds to “conserve” battery life which is aggravating due to you forgetting that they’re and you try to answer the phone or your music starts playing aloud. When you’re continuously using them, you realize that the battery doesn’t last long at all. I wish I could exchange them and pay extra for a better set of earbuds. The ONLY thing that’s good about these are the pass through mode, equalizer and the jabra app. People have a hard time haring you, sometimes the microphone stops working and you have to disconnect/reconnect the earbuds to your phone.

Setup: Setup to my Iphone was super easy and quick. I downloaded the Jabra Sound+ app from the iOS app store. The app quickly showed me how to activate the headphones, pair, and start listening. Also returning to the app with the headphones is also seamless and allows you to also activate a feature to find your headphones. The feature only pinpoints the last place where you disconnect your headphones and puts a marker. So if you loose your headphones while not using the or listening then the finding feature wont be useful. The app will also tell you your battery life. In addition, from what I gathered after downloading the app is if you have other Jabra sound products you can connect them all through the same app. Sound: I like the volume and clarity that these headphones produce. I have other $400+ similar headphones and these pairs are similar and even better then some (but not all). The app lets you adjust your sound settings while using the headphones. I personally liked the bass boost (who doesn't) and the neutral for when I didn't want that extra boost. These are definitely higher end ear buds at a great price. Ear pods: They feel of great quality and are perfectly sized for your ear. Not to heavy and do not cause any stress to your ears for many hours of listening. The box also includes a variety of bud sizes to fit your ears perfectly. I am impressed with their size, quality, and up to 7 hours of battery life. Case: The case has a built in battery that will hold an additional 21 hours of battery life for your ear pods. However, at first I thought the case was amazing however I noticed the top of portion of the case (the part that flips up) is of cheaper quality than the rest of the case. Also, the case has is equipped with fast charging but it does not have wireless charging. I find that a headphone case with wireless charging is very convenient and case without is not. These two reasons are why I gave this review 4 stars rather than 5.

Hello Jesus- Thank you for taking the time to write a review of the newly released Jabra Elite 3. We are happy to read that you believe your Earbuds are pretty decent, but it is unfortunate that you are unsatisfied with the noise cancellation feature. To reduce ambient noise, the latest generation of Jabra true wireless earbuds offers four-microphone technology—two microphones placed in each earbud—which point toward the user’s mouth and pick up the voice. To give the best possible audio quality on the receiving end of a call, digital signal processing is used to remove background noise, such as wind when the earbuds are used outdoors, and office noise when they are used indoors. True wireless earbuds perform well for music and calls in many different environments. However, the design and wearing style of the earbuds, with the microphones located in the ears rather than next to the mouth, may in some situations present a challenge picking up voice or filtering out background noise, compared with Jabra products that have a different design and wearing style. Other products may offer higher levels of noise reduction on the receiving end of a call because the microphones are placed closer to the mouth, for example in a boom arm or on a cord. Regardless, your feedback is truly appreciated. We will pass this information along internally. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Jabra Support: https://bit.ly/3miCBtZ. Thanks, again!
